Terms of Use (TOU) of Chroniky

These Terms of Use (TOU) govern your access to and use of the website www.chroniky.fr, affiliated sites, and mobile applications operated by Chroniky (collectively, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these TOU.

1. Introduction

Chroniky is operated by Ungui SAS, registered under number 929 861 789, with its registered office at 30 Rue Ribot, 52000 Chaumont, France.
These TOU define your rights and obligations, including rules regarding user accounts, content, services, intellectual property, and liability limits.

2. Scope and Services

• These TOU apply only to the use of the Site.

• Upon termination, you lose all rights related to your account, including posted content and promotional credits.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These TOU are governed by French law.

• Disputes will first be submitted to amicable resolution.

• If unresolved, disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Chaumont, France.
